- Overall approximate measurements – (4030mtrs long x 2.2mtrs wide).
- 75 x 75 x 3mm SHS main sub frame.
- 75 x 40mm Corten channel cross members – attached on top of sub frame runners.
- 3mm Corten steel decking.
- 3mm Corten steel folded coming rails.
- 50 x 50 x 3mm SHS front mounted headboard frame with 2mm electrogalv steel infill at 1200mm high.
- 75 x 50 x 3mm RHS rear mounted tailboard frame.
- Sign blade storage rack bolted to deck behind front headboard.
- 2 x level 1 signpost storage racks – LHS recessed into deck ahead of access steps & RHS stored on top of deck.
- Signpost feet storage area mounted on top of deck behind sign rack with fixed rear divider.
- Left- and right-hand steel access wells with hinged down steps – behind feet storage racks with yellow safety step.
- 40 x 40 x 3mm SHS handrails at either side of access wells with clip on restraint straps for coning out.
- 12 x relocatable cone storage stands bolted at rear of deck ahead of tailboard.
