IN CAB CONTROLS
WORKBOX CONTROL PANEL
Front mounted WORKBOX:
• 4mm aluminium work box – 2.280mtrs wide x 1200mm long x cab high. (approx measurements)
• Robinson alloy roller shutter doors, keyed alike with open lock stoppers for finger crush prevention & secondary door lock system.
• Workbox shelves, drawer sliders & dividers layout as per drawings.
• Rubber matting on all shelves.
• Slide out vice mounted on LHS.
• Internal LED strip lights, operate from when roller door opened with in cab warning alarm.
• LED light bar mounted to workbox roof both LH/RH sides positioned to illuminate work area, wired in with individual cab operated switch & waring light.
• Roof top storage box with incorporated roof racks same height as tipping deck ladder rack. Fitted with Ten4 supplied mesh cover
CENTRAL WORK PLATFORM:
• 2mm electrogalv steel work platform – 1.0mtrs long x 2.280mtrs wide.
• 2 x sign storage shelves split for 300mm high signs and 900mm signs.
• Mounting provisions for shovel, broom & rakes.
• level 1 leg stand frame – 16 x capacity.
• Fixed deck access step LHS only fitted with yellow nonslip.
• Hydraulic operated compactor lift, mounted to driver’s side chassis, fitted with Robinson alloy roller door, keyed alike with open lock stoppers for finger crush prevention
• Rear headboard cab high with alloy infill sheet, mounting provisions for 2 x hi-tense flashers rear facing 1 x rear view camera mounted in the center.
Tipping deck:
• Deck 2.5mtrs long x 2.280mtrs wide. (Aprox length)
•75 x 75 x 4mm RHS sub frame, mounted to truck with rubber body rest pads.
•3mm Corten pressed steel cross members, mounted to 100 x 50 x 3mm RHS
main runners.
• 5mm Corten steel deck with incorporated pressed coaming rails with profile cut incorporated tie rails rated at 2.5tonne at each space.
• 3.0mm Bizalloy pressed sideboards, 1 piece, 350mm high, hinged, complete with rubber buffer stoppers, anti-rattle drop latch washers & secondary lock assembly.
• 3.0mm Bizalloy pressed tailgate, 350mm high – single acting with forward facing latches & secondary lynch pins.
• Electric over air tail gate trip mechanism with secondary manual lock – 25mm hook contact on trip plates.
• 350mm high headboard with 3mm Corten steel infill.
• 3mm electrogalv pressed steel mudguards with bolt pattern to suit mud flaps.
• Hinged removable rear mud flaps.
• Front LHS & RHS of deck non-slip access steps with grab handles.
• NZH – Electric operated single underbody hoist with (4 tonne lift capacity).
• Automated hydraulic body lock system mounted off subframe.
• 35mm rear hinge assembly with grease nipples.

• 1 x box mounted LHS under workbox with fixed lower access step to assist gaining access to work box upper shelves.
• 1 x box mounted RHS under tipping deck with fixed access step to assist gaining access to deck.
• Electrogalv double hinged door steel lockers.
• Double hinged doors with keyed alike T/ bar locks.
• Door and main frame overlap folds with frame mounted sealing strip.
• Secondary door lock assembly.

SANDBLAST,PRIME AND PAINTING OF DECK AND CHASSIS COMPONENTS:
•Sand blast, prime & paint of all fabricated components – Fuso cab white
•Carry out FH-Spec marine coasting system.
NOTES:
•Relocate adbule to passengers’ side to allow room for compactor storage
•Reposition fuel tank forward on the chassis driver’s side.
WATER TANK:
•Rear chassis inner mounted 200 litre fabricated 4mm 5052 grade alloy tank. (1000 x 700 x 300 approx dimensions)
•Rubber mounted to suit chassis configuration.
•Filler inlet to suit standard domestic fitting with external filling connection.
•Tank baffles, breather system with high mounted vent and sight tube.
•Chassis mountings for ten4 supplied Delavan 12v pump, Retracta reel and nozzle.
