Front mounted broom:

• 5 segment side slew broom with cab controls, 80ltr hyd oil tank and oil cooler.
Hydraulics operated from Fuso provided live drive, fitting of pump with valve bank mounted under central chassis with aluminium cover – protector plate.
• 120ltr Hydraulic oil tank mounted at front LHS of chassis with remote oil cooler.

Electric operated arrow-board lifter:

• Road safety & rental single sided arrow board – (QSTECH N1501034).
• Electric operated linear ram arrow-board lifter mounted at the front of the workbox, wired into system with electrical raise-lower functions.
• Proximity switches with corresponding cab mounted LED position indicators.
Supply of Level 1 Road safety Arrow-board

Workbox:

• 2.0mm electrogalv steel work box at 900mm long x 1.360mtrs high x 2300mm wide, Robinson roller shutter doors with top door stoppers for finger crush prevention.
• 2 x full width shelves.
• Full width upper shelf at 1900mm above ground level with 75mm upstand.
• Full width central shelf at 1495mm above ground level with 75mm upstand.
• Slide out aluminium draw mounted on LHS with secondary lock.
• Full workbox length access step on RHS outside of fuel tank.
• Nonslip rubber matting on the floor and shelves.
• 2 x top mounted louvre vents.
• Stainless steel capping plates at door bases.

Water Tank:

• Mounted directly behind work box.
• 800 litres fabricated from 5mm grade 5052 aluminium. (1345mm high x 390mm long x 1660mm wide – approx dimensions)
• Rubber mounted.
• Filler inlet to suit standard domestic fitting with external filling connection positioned to access filling from ground level.
• Tank baffles, breather system with high mounted vent and sight tube.
• Mountings for supplied by ten4 – 20mtr hose reel and water blaster lance.

Central work platform:

• 1015mm long platform.
• Front division – 350mm high fixed sideboard LHS & 500mm high fixed on the RHS.
• Full width dry storage box for spill kit bags with rear facing hinged access door 2100mm W x 400mm H x 500mm L with incorporated upstand on top to accommodate emulsion bucket storage, mounted to back side of workbox.
• Rear division of LHS platform with 3mm EG access steps with fixed center step and yellow safety step applied on steps and across central deck area.
• Hinged divider/gate at top of stairs to stop objects falling out into step well with self-latching spring lock.
• Rear of platform cab high headboard with 600mm steel infill, plus upper securing bars, beacon, monitor camera and work-light mounts and protectors.
• Secondary lock assemblies mounted on sideboards RHS side board.

Tipping deck:

• 3.0mm Bizalloy pressed sideboards, 1 piece, 350mm high, hinged, complete with rubber buffer stoppers, anti-rattle drop latch washers & secondary lock assembly.
• 3.0mm Bizalloy pressed tailgate, 350mm high – single acting with forward facing latches & secondary lynch pins.
• Vacuum operated tailgate trip with 35mm hook contact and cab mounted switch.
• Manual operated secondary trip locking device.
• Fixed rear corner posts.
• 50 x 50 x 3mm SHS headboard – 600mm high with full height – 3mm Corten lower infill.
• Beacon light & work light mounts either side of headboard with protectors.
• 3mm electrogalv pressed steel mudguards with hinged hook back mudflaps – mudflaps supplied by Fulton Hogan – (500mm wide x 450mm long).
• Certified tie rails full body length – wheel clearance dependent.
• Front of deck nonslip access steps – LHS & RHS with grab handles.
• Live drive operated underbody hoist tip system (4-ton lift capacity) with automated body lock and guides.
• Front of deck 2 x cone stands mounted in each corner of the deck.
• Removable steel pressed deck divider with grab handles – spaced at 500mm rear of inner headboard.
• Underbody deck props-double side operation with handle extended to the outside of the deck – painted red with safety labels.
• 4 x certified deck lash rings rated at 500kg each.
• 4 x Brake roller test attachment points mounted to chassis as per LTSA specifications – (painted yellow).
• 3 per side – sidelight mounts.
• All pivot points to be greasable.
• Recessed taillights mounted in rear bumper to accommodate LED taillights.

Water blaster mounting:

• Supplied by ten4 – Honda GX390 – 11hp petrol – 4000 PSI water blaster with lance & 20mtr hose on a reel.
• Mounted on the LHS under the platform on slide out rails with ¾ high lockable door – (350mm ground clearance).
• Exhaust modified to exit to ground with protective heat shield.

Towbar:

• Certified 3500kg tow bar with 7 pin electrical plug and 1”7/8 x 1” tow ball.
• Height specification at 500mm (ground to top of tow ball – loaded springs)
• 2 x 13mm holes with certified shackles.

 Sandblast prime and paint deck/chassis components.

• Sandblast & priming of body and associated steel work to FH specifications 2 pot epoxy primer painted within 24 hrs of sandblasting:

• Painting of body and associated steel work to FH specifications – Lagoon blue – including underside of body with Resene Imron 700 paint (code T9132)

 Electrical components.

• Supply, installation & connection of electrical components as per supplied Fulton Hogan Auckland Build# 803 electrical specifications dated 2/4/2025.

Truck Mandatories:

• Light Bar (Hella). Hella MLB200 light bar (400mm long, Amber lens) set to Flash Pattern 21, ECE R65 compliant pattern, mounted to cab roof on alloy mount.
• EROAD Ehubo2 Premium device fitted to vehicle.
• FH vehicle livery including asset number & tare weight.
• wheel chocks & holder.
• Supply Wiring schematic.
• AI reverse camera system fitted with secondary cab mounted screen & programmed to activate reverse beeper when human & vehicles are identified.
• Forward facing dash cam
• Connection of reverse package
• Reversing Alarm – Digital self-adjusting Broadband type 77 – 97dBA, 12-24 volt. Rear sense SA-RRA97 or equivalent.
• 12/24V jump start terminals mounted on passenger side.
