Tipping deck:

•2370mm long x 2300mm wide (aprox overall dimensions).
•75 x 75 x 5mm SHS full chassis length sub frame, mounted to truck.
•3mm Corten pressed steel cross members, mounted to 100 x 50 x 3mm RHS
main runners.
•5.0mm Corten steel deck and combing rails with incorporated profile cut tie rails.
•3.0mm Bizalloy pressed sideboards, 1 piece, 350mm high, hinged, complete with rubber buffer stoppers, anti-rattle drop latch washers & secondary lock assembly.
•3.0mm Bizalloy pressed tailgate, 350mm high – single acting with forward facing latches & secondary lynch pins.
•Vacuum operated tailgate trip with 35mm hook contact and cab mounted switch.
•Manual operated secondary trip locking device.
•Fixed rear corner posts.

•50 x 50 x 3mm SHS headboard – 600mm high with full height – 3mm Corten lower infill.
•Beacon light mounts either side of headboard with protectors.
•3mm electrogalv pressed steel mudguards with hinged hook back mudflaps – mudflaps supplied by Fulton Hogan – (500mm wide x 450mm long).
•Certified tie rails full body length – wheel clearance dependent.
•Front of deck nonslip access steps – LHS with grab handles.
•Hydraulic operated underbody hoist tip system (4-ton lift capacity) with automated body lock and guides.
•Removable steel pressed deck divider with grab handles – spaced at 500mm rear of inner headboard.
•Underbody deck props-double side operation with handle extended to the outside of the deck – painted red with safety labels.
•4 x certified deck lash rings rated at 500kg each.
•4 x Brake roller test attachment points mounted to chassis as per LTSA specifications – (painted yellow).
•3 per side – sidelight mounts.
•Removable H-rack with deck sockets for when rack is not in use
•All pivot points to be greasable.
•Recessed taillights mounted in rear bumper to accommodate LED taillights.

•Light Bar (Hella). Hella MLB200 light bar (400mm long, Amber lens) set to Flash Pattern 21, ECE R65 compliant pattern, mounted to cab roof on alloy mount.
•EROAD Ehubo2 Premium device fitted to vehicle.
•FH vehicle livery including asset number & tare weight.
•wheel chocks & holder.
•Supply Wiring schematic.
•AI reverse camera system fitted with secondary cab mounted screen & programmed to activate reverse beeper when human & vehicles are identified.
•Forward facing dash cam
•Connection of reverse package
•Reversing Alarm – Digital self-adjusting Broadband type 77 – 97dBA, 12-24 volt. Rear sense SA-RRA97 or equivalent.
•12/24V jump start terminals mounted on passenger side.
•Lockable battery Isolating Switch. Cole Herse Co 75920BX master switch (RED) and mounting bracket (ACX3405).
•Battery Isolating Switch Bypass for EROAD and Night light.
•Carry out truck handover & basic operation of equipment.
•Supply of operator’s manual.

SANDBLAST,PRIME AND PAINTING OF DECK AND CHASSIS COMPONENTS:

•Sandblast & priming of body and associated steel work to FH specifications 2 pot epoxy primer painted within 24 hrs of sandblasting:
•Painting of body and associated steel work to FH specifications – Lagoon blue – including underside of body with Resene Imron 700 paint (code T9132)

NOTES:

•Truck batteries relocated forward.
•relocated fuel tank & adblue forward.
•The spare wheel and holder removed from chassis and placed on back of deck for delivery.

Optional extra:
Auxiliary truck batteries:
•
Supply & install auxiliary truck batteries, auxiliary electrical circuit wire to batteries with truck charging. Arrow board, work lights & beacons will be able to run without risk of truck start batteries going flat.
Double sided arrow board:
•
Highway 1 Full matrix arrow board Double sided (VMS16l-32×64-RGB)
•
Electric operated linear ram arrow-board lifter mounted on roof of the workbox, wired into system with electrical raise-lower functions.
