Front mounted broom:

• 4 segment side slew broom, 120ltr hyd oil tank and oil cooler.
Hydraulics operated from truck live drive system with valve bank mounted under central chassis.

Operators’ manual for truck mounted sweeper:

Regular operator inspection should be carried out on the sweeper as it is an attachment to the vehicle

· When the truck is running, switch the PTO “on”

· Once PTO light illuminates hydraulic operations can begin

· Pull back on the joystick to make sure the sweeper is at the full up position.

· Press sweeper “out” button to shift the sweeper away from the bumper. Note sweeper should not be able to slew unit full extension is reached.

· One sweeper is at full extension you may lower and slew both left & right by operating the joystick.

· Press sweeper on button & the brush heads will start to spin.

· Now select the gear and start operation.

· When sweeping is complete bring the truck to a complete stop and takeout of gear.

· Press the sweeper ‘off’ button to stop the brush heads from spinning.

· Pull back on the joystick to lift the sweeper to full height.

· Slew sweeper (if off to one side) towards the centre till centre light illuminates.

· Retract sweeper fully towards the bumper

· Push joystick to lower sweeper onto the travel pegs

Deck mounted crane

• PML 030 300kg rated crane.
• Manual slew.

Tow bar:

• 3500kg tow bar with 1”7/8 tow ball.

Central sign rack platform:

• 4mm aluminium sign storage box – 1.0mtrs wide x Cab high x 790mm long.
• 2 x sign storage shelves split for 300mm high signs at top and 900mm signs at bottom shelf
• Storage box for sign stand feet.
• 2 x removable cone stand holders.
• Shelf weight rating at 50kg’s each shelf

Electric operated arrow-board lifter:

• Electric operated arrow-board lifter mounted on top of the workbox with – in cab controller.
• Level 1 Road safety Arrow-board.

Front mounted workbox:

• 4mm aluminium work box – 2.280mtrs wide x 800mm long x cab high.
• Internal LED strip lights, operate from when roller door opened with in cab warning alarm.

Tipping deck:

• Deck 3.170mtrs long x 2.280mtrs wide.
• Sign post storage pockets capable of carrying 16 posts mounted to front headboard.
• 5mm Corten steel deck with incorporated pressed coaming rails with profile cut incorporated tie rails rated at 2.5tonne at each space.
• 2.5mm pressed biz sideboards
• 2.5mm pressed biz removable tailgate
• Electric over air tail gate trip mechanism with secondary manual lock
• Edbro 4-ton lift capacity underbody hydraulic tipping hoist, with an automated hydraulic body lock system
