SPECIFICATIONS AS FOLLOWS:
- Deck approximate measurements – 6.3mtrs long x 2.490mtrs wide.
- 75 x 75 x 4mm SHS fixed deck subframe.
- 75 x 40mm channel cross members – attached on top of subframe runners.
- 100 x 6mm flat bar coaming rails.
- Sign storage racks at front of deck with 3 x 180mm long divided slots x 1550mm high with divider bars at centre & rear divisions to stop smaller signs sliding from side to side.
- 2 x Level 3 feet, storage racks mounted behind of sign storage.
- Mesh cone barrier arm storage box with roll over cover mounted above sign feet rack.
- Signs & feet retained with hinged 3mm Corten profile cut sideboards – 400mm high.
- 3mm Corten steel floor under sign and feet storage area with 6mm Teflon sheet attached to floor for easy sliding and protection for the sign blades.
- 3mm Corten steel floor at rear of sign feet storage area.
- Signpost recess wells – LHS & RHS rear of feet storage area with 20 per side level 2 post racks with hinged over anti rattle upper restraint bars to hold legs tight.
- Left – and right – hand access wells with fixed centre steps, with accommodation to suit 2 x lithium batteries mounted under second steps. No belly strap required.
- Under deck front, central & rear LHS & RHS sandbag storage boxes with upper hinged restraint gates.
- Certified fixed harness rail rated too 15KN in all directions. Bolt on D-rings as requested.
- Hinged 3mm Corten profile cut rear sideboards – (400mm high) with cone restraint rails mounted on top.
- 50 x 50 x 3mm SHS tail board with 3mm aluminium full height removable sheet for access to arrow board electrics.
- Pressed 2mm electrogalv steel mudguards at rear axle.
- Mounting provision for electrical components with cable securing rods.
- Installation of supplied by HEB – RTL scorpion TMA an TSNZ Euro full colour VMS arrow board system.
- Supply and installation of all electrical components to HEB electrical specifications, including solar charging system & 240v charging to charge AUX batteries (priority) an truck batteries.
- Sandblast & priming of body and associated steel work with 2 pot epoxy primer painted Isuzu white gloss.
- Note: Steps fitted with yellow nonslip & deck coated with charcoal nonslip coating.
