TRANSPORTER DECK:

• 7,475mtr flat deck including beaver tail x 2.490mm wide approx- overall deck dimensions.
• 75 x 75 x 6mm RHS main deck runners with fixed chassis attachment points.
• 75 x 40 channel cross members mounted on top of subframe runners.
• 21mm transtex timber decking.
• 6mm corten pressed channel combing rails with incorporated certified load anchorage cutouts in top flange rated at 3.0 tonne each.
• 75 x 50 x 3 RHS headboard frame top of cab high with 3mm infill sheet below cab window, horizontal pipe cab protection bars.
• 2 x headboard mounted work lights with protector frame and cab mounted switch.
• Profile cut access steps with grab handles mounted front LHS & RHS.
• Mounting provisions for 4 x twitch & 1 x twitch bar mounted on the front headboard both sides.
• Front of deck 6800kg electric winch, wired & wireless remote control with 3.6mtr lead
• Aluminium drop guards over rear drive axles with mud flap provision (TR supplied mud flaps fitted to the rear).
• Rear ramp – aprox 7m in length x 2.4mm wide with mesh infill (GM450 5mm thick x 10.5mm strand x 75 x 30 open weave) one piece ramp
• Electric operated double acting hydraulic ramp cylinders with left hand rear of deck mounted controls with flow control valve.
• Ramp securing provision in the upright position via chain & twitches.
• Bracketing and wiring tie bars to suit mounted electrical components.
• Cutting and sloping of the rear chassis to suit beaver tail of deck
• Supply of required Land Transport certifications.
• 1 x chassis mounted aluminium toolbox (size & location to be determined)
• Sandblast, prime and painted Fuso white combing rails with black underside.
