Tipping Deck:

Personal Gear Locker
• 2mm electrogalv steel toolbox mounted under LHS workbox – 1.0mtrs wide x 415mm high x 500mm deep.
• Dual side hinged doors with keyed alike “T” bar locks & secondary locks.
• Door and main frame overlap folds with frame mounted sealing strip.
Platform Storage – Box:
• 2250 mtrs wide x 700mm external length long.
• LHS front storage with 2 x sign racks.
• Behind signs – cone storage for two stacks.

Water Tank:
• Mounted directly behind storage box.
• 800 litres fabricated from 5mm grade 5052 aluminium. (1350mm high x 350mm long x 1700mm wide – aprox dimensions)
• Rubber mounted.
• Filler inlet to suit standard domestic fitting with external filling connection.
• Tank baffles, breather system with high mounted vent and sight tube.
• Jabsco 12v pump and Retracta reel and nozzle.
• 2nd retractable water hose reel mounted under rear of deck – RHS.
Towbar:
• Certified 3500kg towbar with 7 pin electrical plug and 1”7/8x 1” towball.
• Height specification at 500mm (ground to top of tow ball –loaded springs)
• 2 x 13mm holes with certified shackles.
Sandblast prime and paint deck/chassis components.
• Sand blast prime / etch prime of all fabricated components.
• Paint all components as per Fulton Hogan specifications.
Electrical components.
• Installation and connection of electrical components as per supplied Fulton Hogan Auckland crew truck electrical specification list dated – (5/6/2024).
Truck Mandatories:
Supply & install the following:
• Light Bar (Hella). Hella MLB200 light bar (400mm long, Amber lens) set to Flash Pattern 21, ECE R65 compliant pattern, mounted to cab roof on alloy mount.
• EROAD Ehubo2 Premium device fitted to vehicle.
• FH vehicle livery including asset number & tare weight.
• Wheel chocks & holder.
• Supply Wiring schematic.
• AI reverse camera system fitted with secondary cab mounted screen & programmed to activate reverse beeper when human & vehicles are identified.
• Mounting of Fuso Supplied reverse camera.
• AI reverse camera system fitted with secondary cab mounted screen & programmed to activate reverse beeper when human & vehicles are identified.
• Connection of reverse package to Fuso provided connection point.
• Reversing Alarm – Digital self-adjusting Broadband type 77 – 97dBA, 12-24 volt. Rear sense SA-RRA97 or equivalent.
• 12/24V jump start terminals mounted on passenger side.
• Lockable battery Isolating Switch. Cole Hersee Co 75920BX master switch (RED) and mounting bracket (ACX3405).
• Battery Isolating Switch Bypass for EROAD and Night light.
• Issue of operator’s procedure manuals.
